Question: „Is there a way to make all the databases in a certain file folder show in he window all at once, instead of clicking on them one at a time ???"

If you have many Databases, it is not necessary to include them manually in your ChessBase Database window. You can manage the Databases with „Folder Shortcuts“ if you own a large number of Databases. Rightclick in a free part of the Database window.

Now select "Add Folder Shortcut" and select the Directory with your Databases. If you click now the new Symbol you can see the icons for all the Databases in the directory.

Using these folder icons do really help you to organize your data if you have a large number of databases.  You can use the "+" boxes to expand the view to include drives, folders, subfolders, etc. You just "drill down" to the folder for which you wish to create an icon.

How do you get back to the regular ChessBase desktop, the Database window? Take a look to the lefthand "Explorer" pane in ChessBase's database window.

Click here on the "My Databases" entry to return to your regular ChessBase 13 database window.
